Well we have almost finished all the repairs from the flood. We still have to refinish the hard wood floors , but I think that wont happen until January. So here is the latest.

We painted the stairs they were the color of that door at the top of the stairs we still need to paint that door.

Wow!!!! You're house looks so great!!! I love the ceiling in the kitchen (and the crown moulding)!! The chair rail looks great in the dining room too! Great job!! Does Tim want to come to Florida?
