BIRTHDAY FUN

So the birthdays are over and I now have a chance to sit down and share with everyone all the fun we had. Thursday was Aidans birthday. He woke up to the doors to his room decorated (it's something Tim and I do the night before ) and came down stairs for a Birthday Muffin!!! He got to open a few presents and then was off to school. At school he handed out Birthday rice crispy treats (I didn't have time for cup cakes and everybody always brings cup cakes any way) and then went to the honor roll assembly and received a high honors award. When he got home he opened the rest of his presents and then we went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. They gave him some birthday ice cream. I think Aidan had a super birthday!!!!

Then the next day was Madisyns party. It was sooo much fun!!!!!!! She had a Hannah Montana party. we did all kinds of fun things. We started the party off with a walk down the red carpet and then made and decorated paper purses. We went outside before it got dark and broke open the pinata. when we finally got them back inside we played dress the pop star and pin the microphone on Hannah Montana . I almost forgot we made lip gloss too!!!! Then we had cake and ice cream and opened presents. I think it was one of the funnest parties I have thrown.

Saturday was Madisyns Birthday We did all of the same morning stuff that we did for Aidan then madisyn had to go on a hunt for her present from grandma and pop-pop uetrecht. She had clues and found her Hannah Montana bean bag in daddy's car. She had lots of fun with that. During the day Cathy and I took the kids to the mall and did a little shopping we had a ice cream snack and went to home to see the progress of the shed that Tim and Tom have been working on this week. (I will post pictures when it is done) We all went to olive garden for her birthday dinner, Then it was off to decorate for the blue and gold dinner that was the next day ( I have to post stuff for that als0) I think madisyn had a good birthday and I now she loved having her grandma and pop-pop here to visit with us. So soon I will post the rest of the things that happened in the last week but today is my day of rest!!!!!!

SPONGE CURLS

So last night Aidan went to his first official sleep over. Of course Madisyn was upset because she didn't get to go. so we took Madisyn and Logan to see Horton Hears A Hoo and ate Hoo cakes and JO-JO juice at I-HOP. It was a lot of fun. Then at night madisyn wanted me to put sponge curlers in her hair. My mom put theses in my hair when I was little and I have been putting them in Madisyn's hair sense she was 5 or 6 months old. I hope everyone is having a good spring brake I cant believe that is almost over man where did the week go? Anyway have a super day!!!!!!!!

HURRAY FOR SUNSHINE

To day was a happy day. It almost reached 5o degrees!!!!! We played and played OUTSIDE. We are so ready for the nice weather. The kids and I jumped on the trampoline for 2 hours and then we flew kites. Here are a few snapshots of our wonderful sunny day :)

CREEPY MUSTACHE

Tim just got home from a trip Wednesday night and he showed up with this wonderful mustache. His whole crew decided to grow them for mustache March. Which I am not really sure such a thing exists or not. The kids all said eeeeeeeeeew and so did I. Tim is a very smart man and shaved it off right away( He had only been home for a half hour). So I think it's safe to say that the scary mustache will not come back. Here's for hoping.
